Shipping rates

We offer free, standard shipping to the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe. While we ship worldwide, we (sadly) must charge for standard shipping to markets beyond the US, Canada, the UK and Europe. We offer expedited shipping to many markets as well.

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout, but approximate shipping prices for all destinations are listed below. ("Days" refer to business days). Kindly be aware that import taxes may apply on orders going outside of the US, UK, or the EU.

Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

North American orders are shipped from our Utah warehouse, while other markets are serviced by our warehouse in the UK. Please be advised that holidays in these markets may affect ship times, as may typical high volumes during the Christmas season.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@balls.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
