Refund policy
Our refund policy is a breeze: If your fresh goodies don't leave you utterly thrilled within 30 days, reach out to us for a full refund—no interrogations (well, maybe a couple of questions to up our game next time).
We also offer a one-year warranty on all trimmers so if you contact us with any technical issues within a year after the delivery of your order, we will ensure you are sorted with a replacement.
Customers with an active blade subscription benefit from our extended SackSafe™ Guarantee and enjoy free replacements or upgrades if they experience any technical issues with their trimmers throughout their subscription.
If you want to return your trimmer for any reason within the 30-day return period, you should return the products in their original packaging for a refund pass. The return postage tab falls on the customer's wallet and we suggest opting for a tracked service.
